Next, you need to find a host. Awardspace and FreeWebs are the most common! Make sure you don't get a long URL like Neo-checkmark.freewebs.com/neo-mystery.com. No one will remember!

 

Ok, once you have that, you need a layout. You can use a premade for a little while but a custom is better! Make sure the layout is easy to read and cool to look at!

 

I bet your thinking, WOW, this is hard work without some help. That is when staff comes along. So, you will now also need some forms. Wufoo is a good place to make your forms! I bet someone will apply to help!

 

Another thing you need is to advertise! You can get some link-back buttons and apply for Affiliates and Advertisement at some sites! Also you can join some topsites! Affiliates are people who put your button on their site and theirs on your site. Its fun!

 

Well, the last and most important is you need content. Content is graphics, tutorials, etc.
